GENERAL RULES:
ARMY’S COMPOSITION:
- 1250 points
- Standard FOC
- Special characters - allowed
- Allies - allowed but they fill the slots of the main FOC whilst following the normal allies’ limitations.
- Fortifications - only aegis is allowed.

ALLOWED ARMIES:
- all official armies including updates from WD

DISALLOWED:
- IA

If you have any doubts that your army is or isn’t allowed, ask us!

DOUBLE-MATCH
Each match between two players consists of 2 battles - in the first one players play with the army of their opponent, in the second one the switch and play with their own armies. Points from both battles are counted separately then after finishing both battles each player summs up his point, divides the result by 2 and rounds it up.
The points are calculated based on a standard table:
0 vp difference - 10:10
1 vp difference - 11:9
2 vp difference - 12-8
[...]
10+ vp difference - 20-0

TABLES:
We play on 60” x 48” tables

DISPUTABLE ISSUES:
We play by the 6th ed. WH40k Rulebook and it is a main base for all the rulings. We follow all updated FAQs that can be found on GW page and also the latest version of PKZ (Polish Clarification of Rules).

ADDITIONAL PENALTY FOR NOT RESPECTING TIME LIMITS - 3 negative points (one cannot get less than 0 point from a battle)

3. REQUIREMENTS
All the models have to be assembled, look appropriately to the entries in the army’s roster, have all the gear and weapons that was bought for them (WYSIWYG) and be painted (see below). We accept no proxies. Each participant has to have his army, a set of dices, tape measure, templates, a readable roster and the rules of his army

All the models have to be painted on at least 3 colours (however colours like “plastic”, “scratched” or “base” don’t count).
All the minis have to have their bases modeled - grass, sand, any structural form on the base + painting it will suffice. Painting the base with one colour WON’T suffice.

ATTENTION!!!
We will follow the rules of requirements very strictly. We will be throwing mercilessly models, units even the whole armies out of the tournament. So, if you have ANY doubts on if your army will be accepted, please send us an email with photos and we will give a straight yes-or-no answer.
“COUNT AS” - we would like to ask you to not push the line with so popular this days “countas”. If something is clearly, lets say, an Ultramarine (having a huge “U” on his shoulder and blue colours), it cannot be count as a Space Wolf. Again - in case of any doubts, send us an email with photos.
ALLIES AND SPECIAL CHARACTER ISSUE - we will be verifying very strictly if each special character and an allied units is coherent with its original. If an orks’ contingent looks like a bunch of marines it has to have a logical explanation (preferably in form of a written army’s history). Special characters that have their own original models should be represented by their original models. Some exceptions of course are tolerable - uber conversions, own sculptures or variations that JUSTIFIED by fluff history. Both of this issues are extremely subjective so again we ask you to send us photos - after all it’s better to have written “OK” and shove it to our faces when we try to kick you out of the tournament :)

4. GENERALS AND PAINTERS RESULTS

There are few factors that will influence one’s final result in the tournament:
- sum of all the points gained in battles (max. 80)
- extra points for sending the roster before 17th february (3)
- points from a hobbyist evaluation (max. 3)
- points form a Wh40k rules’ test (max 5)

Hobbyist evaluation:
- during the tournament there will be separate, detailed hobbyist tournament. You can find its rules in the next tab on this page.
- 0 points - the army is painted on 3 colours, it was obviously speed painted (and not in the good sens of this expression), with eyes closed or under the influence.
- 1 point - solid table top, it’s not the best but it doesn’t hurt your eyes when you look at it either. Armies painted with quickshade, massively washed or heavily drybrushed.
- 2 points - armies painted with conscientiousness, that look nicely as a whole set, there are no obvious lacks in the level of painting and it’s clear that various techniques was used while painting them.
- 3 points - armies that stand out comparing to the most of others, they are ravishing and you can’t hear nothing else than “ooh” and “woow” arround them. Many of the most complicated and eye-catching techniques was used during the painting.

5. ARMY ROSTERS
The deadline of sending the rosters is 17th february 2013
Because the form of this tournament is quite unusual the rosters have to be prepared in a special way too.
They have to contain the details of each unit, shortened special rules and all the USR listed. The owner has to include in his roster all the special rules of his army. It is MANDATORY for each player to have his army’s codex and all possible WD updates.
The roster should include the shortened description of the psionic powers and of all the things that can help someone who never play this particular army before.
The best form of the roster is a standard one extended by adding all the extra details described above (examples below)

6. FEES
Tournament fee:
For all our foreign guests there is no entry fee for the tournament!
There will be coffee, tea and snacks for all participants available inside the tournament hall. The night of 23th - 24th you can sleep there too although we can help you find a nearby hotel. On saturday evening there will be an after-party in the club Yarpen right next to the event’s location.

We will probably serving a surprise dinner for all the players during the tournament.
All the participants will get gifts and souvenirs (we’ll provide the details soon).
